The customer must be at least 18 years old and present a valid form of identification.
Scooters must be used only in permitted areas, with due regard for pedestrians, traffic, and road safety regulations.
For safety, the use of a helmet and lights—switched on—is mandatory at all times during the ride..
The scooter must be returned at the agreed-upon time and in the same condition in which it was provided. Delays will incur additional charges.
The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused during use. In the event of an accident, the company must be notified immediately.
